Description
A Witches Tangled Hare Bugs Bunny and Shakespeare Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Warner Brothers, 1959). "I almost forgot the most important ingredient!" says Witch Hazel, as she takes the top off a platter to reveal a sleeping Bugs Bunny. He wakes up and says "What's up, Zsa Zsa?" This funny Bugs Bunny and Witch Hazel short was directed by Abe Levitow. Here is a pair of rare original layout drawings. One is of Bugs Bunny as Romeo. It is when he promises to catch Juliet/Witch Hazel. This image can be seen at 4:19 mark. The second is the "Shakespeare" character who is searching for inspiration to his story. This is from the very opening of the cartoon. Detailed graphite drawings on 16 field animation paper. Nice images, with sizes of 5". Minor handling and edge wear. In Very Good condition.Auction Info
