Description
A Boy Named Charlie Brown Pan Production Background (Bill Melendez, 1969). An original pan background painting from the first animated feature film based on Peanuts characters. As Linus and Snoopy head off to New York to look for Charlie Brown, Snoopy breaks away to perform an amazing four minute sequence on ice at the Rockefeller Center Ice Rink. This 22" x 10" painting of the shimmering ice rink was painted by Dean Spille with watercolor on Bristol board. Mr. Spille added notes and signed the reverse side in pencil.
