Description"The Art of Lee Blair" Horses in the Forest Watercolor Painting (Walt Disney, c. 1930s-50s). Lee Blair (1911 - 1993) was an Art Supervisor and location photographer for the Disney South American-themed film Saludos Amigos. He was also an important member of the California Water Color Society. This is an original Lee Blair watercolor painting of horses in the forest at night. His night sky paintings are some of his most stunning. The painting is in a mat measuring 20" x 16" with an opening of 15" x 11". The art paper is 16" x 12". The painting is unsigned and untitled. It comes from his personal portfolio and is from The Mary Blair Family Trust. Minor handling and surface wear. Good condition. From the Mary Blair Family Trust.
