Description
Xanadu "Don't Walk Away" Song Sequence Trio of Original Production Cels Signed by Don Bluth and Gary Goldman (Universal, 1980). Here's a hard-to-find trio of original production cels from the Olivia Newton-John two-minute song sequence "Don't Walk Away" in the feature film Xanadu. The sequence was animated by Disney defectors, Don Bluth and Gary Goldman at the new Bluth Studios which had just completed Banjo the Woodpile Cat in Bluth's garage and were looking for projects. While the film did not do as well as expected at the box office, it has since become a cult classic picking up a few Razzies for the effort. These rare production cels are hand-painted on 12 field acetate. The three multi-layer setups are signed by Don Bluth and Gary Goldman. Matted to 18" x 14" with matboard apertures of 11" x 8.5".
