Description
X-Men Storm Production Cel with Pan Key Master Background (Marvel Studios, c. 1992-97). Storm awakens from unconsciousness in a confrontation with Mystic in this superb hand-painted original production cel from the acclaimed animated series X-Men. Seen at the 11:12 mark of the episode "A Rogue's Tale", this cel is presented on its original Key Master background rendered in gouache on background board. The black linework of the background is achieved with a cel overlay, giving the series its distinct and graphic look and feel. This rare pan Key Master setup measures a whopping 21.5" x 10.5", and it shows minor handling and edge wear with Storm's cel showing a small tear in the lower left corner. A large and impressive piece featuring the fan-favorite character, the condition overall is Very Good.Auction Info
