Description
X-Men "Reunion - Part Two" Wolverine Production Cel Key Master Setup (Marvel Studios, 1994). "I don't know who you think I am, but one thing I don't have is a master." The Canadian-born mutant Wolverine confronts the jungle warrior Ka-Zar and Zabu in this immaculate original hand-painted cel. Originally aired on 2/19/1994 as Episode 13 in Season 2, we see the X-Men lost and powerless in the Savage Land which leaves them open to being hunted and experimented on by Mr. Sinister. The only chance for rescue is for Wolverine and Ka-Zar to put aside their animal instincts and work together. Wolverine was created by Len Wein (1948 - 2017) and John Romita Sr. (1930 - 2023) in 1974 making his full appearance debut in The Incredible Hulk #181.The 12 field gives us a glorious, massive close-up of Wolverine with his blades extended as seen at 9:49 mark of the episode. The image size measures at 9.25" x 9.75" and is displayed on a print background for presentation purposes. The overall condition is Fine to Very Good with light handling wear.Auction Info
