Working For Peanuts Donald Duck Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1953). This short was one of the first Disney 3-D theatrical shorts and was directed by Jack Hannah. There was some animation done by Bill Justice, the story was by Roy Williams, and the backgrounds by Eyvind Earle. The short starred Donald Duck, Chip and Dale, and Dolores the Elephant (her third theatrical appearance). This is an outstanding hand-inked and hand-painted production cel of Donald Duck from an early scene when he is feeding Dolores, at approximately 1:20 into the short. Delightful full-figure image of 6" with the broom. A great pose, with the peanut that he is offering Dolores. The cel is on a hand-painted non-Disney circus background that works extremely well with the cel. This is one great 1950s Donald Duck production cel, framed to an overall size of 17.75" x 15.25", with a mat opening of 8" x 11" and in Fine condition.
