Description

Who Framed Roger Rabbit Roger and Jessica Rabbit Production Cel and Photo Background (Walt Disney, 1988). "Oh Roger, you were magnificent!" says Jessica "Was I really?" asks Roger. Jessica answers, "You were better than Goofy!" This is an outstanding 16 field hand-painted production cel of both the film's title character, Roger and his ultra-appealing wife Jessica Rabbit. It's from the climactic scene where they are about to be lowered into a vat of "Dip." Roger and Jessica measure 6" and 7" tall respectively and are over a black and white photo background from the film for presentation purposes. The cel bears a Disney seal and comes with a Disney Studios COA. Framed to 21" x 16.5" with a matboard aperture of 13" x 8". Frame sold as-is. This ground-breaking film was the next-to-last Disney feature to use painted cels, and exceptional images of Roger with Jessica, like this, are highly desirable to collectors. Condition is Very Good.
