Description
Who Framed Roger Rabbit Jessica Rabbit Early Test Cel (Walt Disney/Amblin, c. 1988). Calling all Jessica Rabbit fans! This is a rare pre-production test cel of Jessica, used in the early development of this film. Several different iterations of Jessica's character design were tested during the development process of Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and this early test cel depicts a much more realistic version of Jessica (apart from the waistline!) than what would end up in the final film. Very few of these have ever been seen. One was auctioned off at the 1989 "Art of Who Framed Roger Rabbit" sale in New York. This excellent full-figure image is hand-painted on 16.25" x 11.5" acetate. The cel is stapled to a color print background for display purposes. The piece is in Very Good condition, with minor handling and edge wear, including some line fading.Auction Info
