Uncle Sam Magoo Mr. Magoo as Uncle Sam Production Cel (UPA, 1970). From the 1970 TV special Uncle Sam Magoo, we present in this lot a patriotic image of the affable Mr. Magoo in full figure, dressed as Uncle Sam. The hand-painted production cel has Mr. Magoo measuring 7" tall, featured on a printed background. The cel bears a UPA sticker in the bottom right corner and is featured in a mat with an opening measuring 11" x 8.5". Mat is sold as-is. The lot displays minimal handling wear from production.
