Tweety and the Beanstalk Tweety and Sylvester Production Cel and Painted Background (Warner Brothers, 1962). "I tawt I taw an itty bitty Puddy Tat!" says Tweety from this third Looney Tunes parody of "Jack and the Beanstalk". In this version, an enormous Tweety is the giant's pet. This is an original hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of a miniature Sylvester the Cat running off with his giant Tweety Bird prize. You can see this image around the 1:52 mark. This short was directed by the legendary Friz Freleng (1906 - 1995) and released in the summer of 1957. The hilarious image measures 6" tall on a 12 field cel over a print background for presentation purposes. Warner Brothers production cels from this era were routinely destroyed and are therefore incredibly rare. This is easily one of the best Sylvester and Tweetys we have ever seen. The piece shows minor handling wear; otherwise condition is Very Good.
