Description
Todd McFarlane's Spawn Production Cel (HBO, 1997). Spawn leaps out of harms way on this hand-painted cel from the adults-only HBO animated series Spawn that has been matted and framed under Plexiglass. This spectacular cel has an image area of 10" x 8", framed to 18" x 16", and comes with an HBO seal. Todd McFarlane's Spawn is one of HBO's only original animated programs as well as one of the first, and it ranked 5th on IGN's list of "The Greatest Comic Book Cartoons of All Time". Since its release over 25 years ago, it has developed a cult following for its dark, adult-oriented take on serialized animation. The cel appears to be in Excellent condition, with the frame in Very Good condition.Auction Info
