Todd McFarlane's Spawn "A Made Guy" Medieval Hellspawn Production Cel and Animation Drawing (HBO, 1999). The fearsome Medieval Hellspawn makes a stupendous appearance in this hand-painted production cel from the animated series Todd McFarlane's Spawn. Premiering on HBO on 5/16/1997, this dark and gritty series adapted the trailblazing comic by Todd McFarlane, one of the most iconic from Image Comics. Waving his battle axe and riding his horse, Medieval Hellspawn is featured, measuring a fantastic image size of 10" x 8". The cel is presented on a printed background for presentation purposes and accompanied by an animation drawing of Medieval Hellspawn's horse, done in graphite and color pencils. Small paint spots are visible on the bottom left area of the drawing. In Very Good condition with overall faint handling and edge wear from production.From the Spawn writer John Leekley Collection.
