Description
Thumbelina Jacquimo Production Cel (Don Bluth, 1994). Here's a huge image of the optimistic Jacquimo from the Don Bluth-directed film, Thumbelina. Jacquimo is the narrator and the tritagonist in the retelling of the Hans Christian Andersen classic fairy tale about a digit-sized heroine, Thumbelina, as she evades the clutches of various toads, moles, and beetles before she can proceed with her courtship with Prince Cornelius. Jacquimo stands an impressive 9" tall with a wingspan of 11.5". It's an extraordinary image almost consuming the entire 16 field cel! The image is hand-painted on acetate and paired with a background copy/print. The piece is matted to 20" x 16" with a matboard aperture of 14.5" x 10". Condition is Very Good with minor handling.Auction Info
