Description
The Thing What Lurked in the Tub Production Cel Setup (David Wasson, 1988). Lugmeyer's attempt to take a bath after a night of heavy drinking is thwarted by a big yellow-eyed alligator that has apparently crawled up through the sewer, in this wild independent animated short. It was first seen on the Night Flight cable TV series; it was also featured in Spike and Mike's Festival of Animation. Here's an original hand-painted production cel setup from that celebrated short. The cel is matted, with an opening size of 8" x 6", and framed with Plexiglas for an overall frame size of 15.5" x 13.5". Included with the framed cel is a sealed 12" laserdisc of Spike and Mike's Festival of Animation from 1991, which contains the short. Fine condition.Auction Info
