Description
The Simpsons "Weekend at Burnsie's" Production Cel and 22" Key Master Pan Background (Fox, 2002). "Don't encroach on our roach!" In order to continue enjoying his medically prescribed marijuana, Homer organizes a pro-marijuana rally supported by the rock band Phish. Seen at the 13:03 mark of The Simpsons episode "Weekend at Burnsies," this spectacular hand-painted original production cel setup is rich with funny details: the various clever protest signs, the band Phish in the background, and a Dr. Seuss' Cat in the Hat-style hat on the statue of town founder Jebediah Springfield. This elaborate setup is composed of an impressive 11(!) cels displayed on their original Key Master production cel background. The background includes a linework cel overlay. This stunning pan setup measures a large 22" x 10.5". It bears an official 20th Century Fox seal, and it is joined by a coveted studio Collector's Portfolio Certificate of Authenticity.
