Description
The Simpsons "Treehouse of Horror XII" Bart and Mr. Burns Production Cel Scene (Fox, 2001). In "Wiz Kids," a wickedly funny takeoff on Harry Potter, Bart and Lisa are students at Springwart's School of Magicry" when evil Lord Montymort (Mr. Burns) captures student Bart in an attempt to gain control of Lisa's awesome powers. Here's Bart and Lord Montymort in an original hand-painted 3-cel production scene from this Season 13 Treehouse of Horrors episode. Bart's figure size is approximately 4.5" tall, while Mr. Burns is 5.5". The "Wailing Wall" faces behind them are also painted on a 15.5" pan cel; we see Comic Book Store Guy and Principle Skinner among the familiar faces; Homer appears in the lower left, moving to the void behind Bart in the next scene. Burns and Bart can be seen at the 18:19 mark; the poses appear in slightly different order, but work fine in this scene. Wow! The scene-matched background is a print, added for presentation purposes. A Fox Animation seal is in the lower left, and a Fox Certificate of Authenticity is included. Cel condition is Very Good with minor handling wear.Property From the Collection of Darren Shan.
