Description
The Simpsons "The Homer They Fall" Homer Production Cel (Fox, 1996). "You know Lucius Sweet?" says Homer to Moe. A great Homer production cel from "The Homer They Fall". Initially broadcast on 11/10/96, this Mark Kirkland-directed episode was the 156th episode of the world's most nuclear family, The Simpsons. Here we see Homer looking at a picture of Moe and Lucius Sweet (a "Don King" type guy). The cel is hand-painted on 12 field acetate and paired with a copy/print of the original background. Notice the gag fight advertisement behind Homer; Szyslak vs Oakley, for the character Moe Szyslak, the bartender and Simpsons' Story Editor/Producer/Show Runner, Bill Oakley. Also, Kirkland vs Silverman for Mark Kirkland, Director and David Silverman, long-time Simpsons Producer/Director/Animator. A great Homer image, nicely centered in the piece.
