The Simpsons Krusty the Clown Production Cel and Key Master Background Setup (Fox, 1990). From his humble beginnings as a street mime in Tupelo, Mississippi, Krusty has clowned his way to the top of a personal mini-empire of endorsements, including his own line of Pork Products! Outstanding hand-painted production cel of Krusty the Clown on its painted cel Key Master background. This is from "Krusty Gets Busted," Episode 12 in Season 1. This episode was directed by Brad Bird and premiered on 4/29/90. It had the first voice appearance of Kelsey Grammer as Sideshow Bob. Amazing setup, with a great 5" image of Krusty. You can see this cel at the 9:16 mark into the episode. One of the single best Krusty the Clown cels we have ever seen. Fine condition.Auction Info
