    Description

The Simpsons Homer Simpson Production Cel (Fox, 2002). "For me, the '60s ended that day in 1978" says Homer, recounting his first encounter with marijuana. In this priceless scene from "Weekend at Burnsie's," young officer Wiggum's police dog attacks Homer's crotch where he has stashed a lit joint. This parody on medical marijuana was the 16th episode of Season 13 and this image can be seen around the 5:42 mark. It's a spectacular hand-painted 12 field production cel of young Homer who stands approximately 6" tall and is presented over a printed background. The cel bears a Fox seal and comes with a studio-issued Certificate of Authenticity. Condition is Fine.
