The Simpsons "Homer Loves Flanders" Homer and Ned Production Cel Setup (Fox, 1994). Homer gives Ned Flanders a big smooch in this five-layer production cel setup from the episode, "Homer Loves Flanders." This episode was the 16th of Season Five and the 97th overall episode in the series. Homer reluctantly goes to a football game with Ned. After Ned shows Homer a good time, they become close friends. Little to Homer's realization, Ned actually starts to have negative feelings toward him. The images were hand-painted on 12 field acetate and paired with a background copy/print for presentation purposes. Light handling and edge wear.
