Description
The Simpsons "Home Sweet Home Diddly-Dum Doodly" Brady Bunch Couch Gag Original Key Master Production Cel Setup (Fox, 1993). "Here's the story... of a Springfield family..." The whole family plus Grandpa and the pets make up this fantastic opening couch gag sequence. It was, of course, a parody of the iconic opening sequence to the classic 70's sitcom, The Brady Bunch. Offered here is an original hand-painted production cel of the Simpson family and their couch from this instantly recognizable sequence. The image measures approximately 10" x 8" on four 12 field cels, one of which is the Key Master background cel. The top cel bears a Fox studio holographic seal in the lower left. The This particular couch gag proved so popular that it was used to open two episodes in Season 7, #3 "Home Sweet Home Diddly-Dum Doodly" and #16 "Lisa the Iconoclast". Original art from TV's longest running scripted series has become increasingly popular, especially art from the opening couch gags.
