Description
The Simpsons "Half Decent Proposal" Homer and Marge Production Cel (Fox, 1999). "One squeaking spring symphony coming up!" Homer and Mage get frisky in this bedroom scene from Season 10, Episode 13. In this lot is an original hand-painted production cel of Homer and Marge that appears at the 9:46 mark in the episode that heralded the 2nd appearance of Marge's ex prom date and billionaire, Artie Ziff (voiced by Jon Lovitz). The image of the amorous couple (with blanket) measures 9" x 6" on a 12 field cel over a matching print background. The cel has a gold Fox seal, and a studio-issued COA is on back of the frame. It's a wonderful production piece that would make the perfect gift for any Simpson-loving newlyweds. Minor handling and Condition is Very Good. The art is in a 22" x 19" frame under Plexiglas with a mat opening of 12" x 9.5". Condition is Very Good. All frames are sold as-is.
