Description
The Quick Draw McGraw Show Bumper Cel Setup (Hanna-Barbera, 1959). "Hey Baba Looey, you alright?" "...S'alright!" That's the famous exchange between Quick Draw McGraw and Baba Looey from one of their opening title sequences. In this scene, the green chest behind Baba Looey eventually falls on him after he is launched off of the stage coach. This is an original hand-inked, hand-painted bumper cel setup for a Kellogg's commercial. Kellogg's was the sponsor of this show with the tag line "The best to you each morning" which appears on both the cel and the coach. This was the third series for the newly formed Hanna-Barbera Studios. The overall image is 9" x 9" on a 12 field 4-cel setup which has had minor restoration. Condition is Very Good.Auction Info
