Description

The Prince and the Pauper Mickey Mouse Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1990). This version of Mark Twain's novel was the very last animated Disney theatrical project to utilize hand-painted production cels. It was released in theaters along with Disney's first animated feature film sequel The Rescuers Down Under. Presented is an original production cel of Mickey Mouse as the Prince who measures 4.5" x 7" on a 16 field cel over a print background. This exact image can be seen around the 14:44 mark just before he is about to meet the King. The cel is numbered 81 in the lower right corner, bears a Disney seal and as signed by supervising animator for Mickey, Andre Deja. It's an exceptional full figure image of the little mouse who started it all from his last featurette to utilize traditional cel animation. Condition is Very Good.
