Description
The Pebble and the Penguin Marina and Drake Production Cel Setup and Animation Drawing Group of 4 (Sullivan Bluth Studios/MGM, 1995). A trio of 16 field hand-painted production cels from this animated musical film from Don Bluth and company. Two are of cute girl penguin Marina, including a 2-cel vertical setup of Marina in the snow (figure size of 9.5"), and a sweet portrait of her holding the Emerald Cube (figure size 10.5"). The third cel is of cruel penguin Drake, with a large image measuring 16" wide by 8.5" tall. All three are placed on photo print backgrounds, added for presentation purposes. Also included is an animation drawing of Marina, in a similar scene as the cel setup of her in the snow. The drawing has some minor staining, and is in Good condition; the cels are in overall Very Good condition.Auction Info
