The New Tom & Jerry/Grape Ape Show Production Cel Setups with Key Master Backgrounds and Animation Drawing Group of 3 (Hanna-Barbera, 1975). After winning seven Academy Awards at MGM Studios with Tom and Jerry theatrical cartoons, Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera brought the characters to Hanna-Barbera Studio in 1975. As part of the new show launch, a series of animated television commercials were done for the Flandane Company. These animated Tom and Jerry commercials were produced by the commercial division of Hanna-Barbera run by Art Babbitt. This is a pair of hand-painted 12 field production cels. One features Tom eating his cake, and one shows Jerry running off with the cake. Each one is on its original hand-painted 12 field Key Master production background and signed by Bill Hanna (1910 - 2001) and Joe Barbera (1911 - 2006). As an added bonus, the cel of Tom comes with its original animation drawing. These one-of-a-kind pieces come with Letters of Authenticity from the Art Babbitt Estate. Minor handling and tape on border. Overall condition is Good. From the Art Babbitt Archives.
