Description
The Little Mermaid TV Series "Beached" Ariel and Arista Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1992). Ariel gets in a quarrel with her sister Arista in this production cel from the spin-off TV series to the 1989 Disney film The Little Mermaid. Arista accuses Ariel of stealing her comb, and the two get in an argument, leading their father King Triton to ground them for the day, or rather, "beach" them. This original, hand-painted, hand-inked production cel comes from the episode entitled "Beached, and it contains great images of both mermaids. The cel measures 10.5" x 9", and it bears a Walt Disney Television seal on its lower left corner. The cel is set atop a color print background for presentation. The piece is matted, with a matboard aperture of 10" x 8" and an overall mat size of 18" x 14". The piece is in Very Good condition, with minor handling and edge wear. The cel's paint is adhered to the print background.Auction Info
