The Little Mermaid Sebastian "Under the Sea" Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1989). "We what the land folks loves to cook... Under the sea, we off the hook! We got no troubles, life is the bubbles... Under th' sea!" sings Sebastian in the big musical number from this film. Here is an outstanding multi-cel setup of Sebastian, singing this song. This is when he is behind the snails, who pop up and sing the chorus. You can see this around the 1:28 mark into the song. This great hand-painted production cel setup features Sebastian, the snail chorus, and hand-inked bubble effects cels. Great image of Sebastian with snails measuring 5". Background is a print, added for presentation purposes. In a frame of 17.5" x 15.5" under Plexiglas with a mat opening of 12" x 9.75". The cel has a Disney seal and Disney COA on back. Frame is sold as-is. Cel setup condition is Very Good. From the MacLaughlin Family Disney Collection.
