Description

The Little Mermaid Sebastian and Ariel Production Cels (Walt Disney, 1989). "Well, it was ruined! That's all! Completely destroyed!" King Triton's seventh and youngest daughter Ariel missed the big celebration while exploring a wrecked ship and going to the surface with Flounder. In this original hand-painted 12 field 2-cel image, she's lectured by the concert's composer and conductor, Sebastian. It can be found at the 12:17 mark, right after the King admonishes Ariel for her misdeeds, and before she sings "Part of Your World." Ariel displays a great pouty face and crossed-arms position as Sebastian laments his missed opportunity ("This concert was to be the pinnacle of my distinguished career" he tells her). Ariel's approximate image size is 4.25" x 5.5". A Walt Disney Animation Production Art silver seal in in the lower left. The scene-matching background is a print, added for presentation purposes. A Walt Disney Certificate of Authenticity is included. Cel condition is Very Good with minor handling wear.
