DescriptionThe Little Mermaid Chef Louis Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1989). " Les Poissons. Les Poissons. How I love Les Poissons." sings Chef Louis as he butchers fish while Sebastian the crab looks on in horror. This is a simply magnificent 16 field hand-painted production cel of the Chef from his show-stealing musical number. The enormous smiling character measures 12" x 7.5" (including fish head) and is over a print background for presentation purposes. This was the last of the Disney features to use cels making this a true treasure for collectors. The cel bears a Disney studio seal in the lower left corner and comes with a Disney Certificate of Authenticity mounted to the back of the frame. The art is framed under glass with a mat opening of 15" x 9" in a 12" x 14" frame. Condition is Very Good and the frame is sold as-is.
