Description
The Little Mermaid Ariel Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1989). "We wish to be married as soon as possible." Prince Eric informs his valet Grimsby that he and Vanessa are to be wed at sunset. Offered in this lot is an original hand-painted production cel of Ariel as she overhears the tragic news at the 1:05:32 mark. The 4" x 5" image of the title character is on a 12 field production cel numbered 163 in the lower right. It is paired with a print background for presentation purposes. It's a beautifully detailed and nicely centered image from one of the blockbuster hits of Disney's renaissance. The cel comes with a studio issued Certificate of Authenticity.
