Description
The Last Unicorn Production Cel A13 (Rankin/Bass, 1982). A beautifully crafted image of a charming unicorn believed to be the sole survivor of her species, depicted on a 12 field production cel. This animated film by Rankin/Bass was a collaborative effort between the USA, the UK, and Japan, adapted from a 1968 novel by Peter S. Beagle. Notable voice actors such as Alan Arkin, Mia Farrow, and Jeff Bridges lent their talents, and the enchanting songs were composed by Jimmy Webb. The unicorn measures about 5.5" x 4.5" on the cel marked as A13 in the upper right corner. Light handling wear. Tiny paint spots outside the art area. In Very Good condition.Auction Info
