The Huckleberry Hound Show Huckleberry Hound Production Cel (Hanna-Barbera, 1967). The Huckleberry Hound Show got its start in 1958 sponsored by Kellogg's and the original opening sequence featured the Kellogg's rooster. In 1967 the show was released from its contract and went into syndication requiring the studio to create a new rooster-free version of its opening sequence. This 12 field hand-painted production cel of a 4.5" tall Huck is from the opening title sequence of that syndicated Huckleberry Hound Show. Here he is playing a series of horns and this image can be seen in the first few seconds at the start of every show. It is unframed and shows light handling. Condition is Fine.
