Description
The Fox and the Hound Big Mama, Dinky, and Boomer Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1981). "Welcome home, boys!" Matronly owl Big Mama greats her bird friends Dinky the Sparrow and Boomer the Woodpecker, the two birds seen several times throughout the film as they try to corner a worm named Squeeks. You can find both Boomer and Dinky at about the 38:32 timestamp. We couldn't narrow down Big Mama's exact time, but we believe it is from this early scene where the feathered friends work together to save foundling fox Tod. The combined image area is approximately 9.75" x 6.5". The cel includes a Walt Disney Company seal in the lower right and is matted and framed with glass for an overall size of 19" x 16". A Disney Certificate of Authenticity is on the back side. All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition. The cels appear to have been laminated (a common practice at the Disney Studios in the 1990s) but with no haloing or other obvious problems associated with lamination. The condition is Very Good with minor handling wear.Auction Info
