Description
The Flintstones "The Golf Champion" Pair of Fred and Dino Production Cels (Hanna-Barbera, 1960). Offered in this lot is a pair of exceedingly rare hand-inked and hand-painted original production cels from the original primetime animated series The Flintstones. These surviving early-60s cels from Hanna-Barbera's flagship animated sitcom are a must-have for any collector. The 12 field cels feature Dino and Fred centered, measuring 4.5" and 6.25" tall, respectively. The Fred cel was created for the episode "The Golf Champion," following a feud between Barney and Fred regarding a golf trophy. The cels bear the numbers 1A, D11 and 174, F23. They are displayed on printed backgrounds for presentation purposes. Overall minor studio handling and edge wear, and the condition is Very Good.Auction Info
