Description
The Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Movie Bugs Bunny Production Cel (Warner Brothers, 1979). An original hand-painted production cel of Bugs Bunny from the Chuck Jones-produced, and directed first compilation feature film of Looney Tunes shorts. Comprised of all Jones-directed theatrical shorts, the original title for release was "The Great American Chase." It was released on 9/28/79 and cels from this scene were some of the most popular among Bugs collectors during the 1980s and 90s. A classy image of a 7" Bugs in a fuchsia robe. The cel is hand-signed by Chuck Jones (1912 - 2002) and has a Linda Jones seal on bottom right. A wonderful and striking image of Bugs Bunny, framed to an overall size of 21" x 19", with a quadruple mat opening of 10" x 12". In Fine condition.Auction Info
