Description
The Aristocats Thomas O'Malley Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1970). "I'm the king of the highway, prince of the boulevard, duke of the avant-garde, the world is my backyard...O'Malley, the alley cat." This wonderful hand-painted production cel features a great image of Thomas O'Malley, one of the main protagonists of the Walt Disney film The Aristocats. O'Malley flashes a big smile in this image, which measures about 4.25" x 6" on a 16 field cel. The cel is numbered in its lower right corner with 32. It is matted, with a matboard aperture of 13.5" x 9.5" and an overall mat size of 20" x 15". O'Malley was voiced by Phil Harris in the film, which was the last animated feature for which Walt would personally green-light the production. The cel is in Very Good condition, with minor handling and edge wear, including minor acetate rippling.Auction Info
