Description
Superior Duck Daffy Duck Production Cel (Warner Brothers, 1996). "I'm going to do something simple, like save the human race. Superior Duck rides again!" Daffy Duck returns for this Chuck Jones-directed short, which came out on 8/23/96. Daffy is constantly compared to Superman in this cartoon, and actually is told by the Man of Steel to find his own neighborhood to save in the film's finale. A host of Looney Tunes characters made cameo appearances, including Foghorn Leghorn, Marvin the Martian, Tweety, Taz, and others. This is a great hand-painted production cel of Daffy as Superior Duck, with a cool superhero full figure image measuring 6". You can see this image around the 6:20 mark. The cel is on a print background for presentation purposes. A Linda Jones seal is on the cel, which is hand-signed by the great Chuck Jones, and a COA is included. Superman, meet Superior Duck!
