Description
Street Fighter Alpha: The Movie Chun-Li Production Cel with Animation Drawing (Plum, 1999). "Incredible... I've never felt such enormous chi before." The serene Chun-Li is featured front and center of this lot, including a sensational hand-painted production cel and its matching animation drawing from the 1999 anime film Street Fighter Alpha: The Movie. This image of the accomplished martial artist can be seen at the 41:20 mark of the movie, as she senses Ryu's latent Dark Hadou energy. Numbered 27 in the top right corner, the 12-field production cel has a fabulous portrait of the iconic Chun-Li from a low angle, measuring a great figure size of 7" x 7.5", with the character rendered in graphite with colored pencil in the matching animation drawing. The production cel shows some fading on the linework, and the animation drawing has paint residue from the cel, with some crumpling on the bottom left corner. Overall, the lot presents minor handling and edge wear from production and is in Very Good condition.More information about Anime and Manga.
