Spriggan Colonel MacDougall and Yu Ominae Production Cel Setup (Studio 4°C, 1998). "You damn fool..." Yu Ominae whispers as he delivers a finishing blow in his epic final confrontation with the childlike psychic Colonel MacDougall, seen at the end of the brilliantly animated film Spriggan. This spectacular original production/color model cel setup was created for the moments seen at the 1:16:39 mark of the film, an exemplary piece demonstrating the high action and impressive effects for which the film is known. The hand-painted image nearly fills the 12 field cels. The setup shows minor handling and edge wear with staples in the upper corners. The condition is Very Good.Auction Info
