Description
SpongeBob SquarePants SpongeBob and Gary Production Cel with Master Background (Nickelodeon, 1999). "Gary, you were right! Thanks for not rubbing it in." SpongeBob's home is infiltrated by a smack of jellyfish after SpongeBob hosts a small, ill-advised jellyfish party that gets out of hand. From the delightful season one episode "Jellyfish Jam", here is a great hand-painted original production cel setup on a Master background rendered in gouache. This scene begins at the 7:30 mark of the episode, and it features SpongeBob and his pet snail Gary as they seek refuge on the roof of their pineapple house. The overall painted image area is 11.5" x 8.25" on the 12 field cels and background. The piece shows minor handling and edge wear, and the condition is Very Good.Auction Info
