Description
SpongeBob SquarePants "Sandy's Rocket" Spongebob and Patrick in Space Suits Production Cel and Master Background (Nickelodeon, 1999). Sandy Cheeks builds a space rocket which Sponge Bob and Patrick enter at night, and they accidentally blast off in it; when they come back down to Sandy Bottom, the mixed-up duo believe all the inhabitants of their home town are space aliens! In this wild original hand-painted 12 field production cel from Season 1's "Sandy's Rocket" episode, the boys have snagged Squidward with Sandy's net gun (meant for harvesting moon rocks). The combined image size is approximately 6.5" x 6". The place is placed on an original hand-painted/airbrushed production background from another episode, "Pizza Delivery." Fun stuff! The gouache on skimmed board background measures 15" x 10.5". Condition is Very Good with minor handling wear.Auction Info
