Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Production Cel and Custom Painted Background (Walt Disney, 1937). Snow White and her friends from the forest inspect the strange little cottage they've discovered in a clearing. This original hand-inked, hand-painted nitrate production cel features adorable forest creatures and a full-figure image of the fairest of them all -- Snow White. The overall image measures approximately 5" x 5" and is presented over a custom painted background for presentation purposes. The detail in this image is extraordinary with Snow White holding a candle complete with flickering flame. Disney cels of this caliber, showcasing the title character from the world's very first animated feature film are true museum pieces. The artwork is matted and framed under Plexiglas with a mat opening of 9" x 7" in a 22" x 21" frame. Condition is Fine. Frame is sold as-is.Auction Info
