Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Dopey in the Diamond Mine Courvoisier Production Cel Setup (Walt Disney, 1937). Dopey is "...where a million diamonds shine" in this hand-inked, hand-painted Courvoisier production cel. Dopey is in the Diamond Mine, during the "Dig Dig Dig" musical sequence. He's sweeping up all the diamonds (including one with a pink sheen), before walking up to Doc who is doing the diamond inspections. Amazing full-figure image, with a size of 6". Diamonds and sparkle special effects have been included. The cel is on a Courvoisier airbrush background, in the original bottom mat with script writing. A Studio-inscribed Walt Disney signature is on the mat. (Note: Signature is NOT from the hand of Walt Disney.) Matted with an opening of 8" x 7", framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 14" x 14". One of the best pure Dopey cels we have come across!
