    Description

    Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Courvoisier Production Cel Set-Up with Veneer Background (Walt Disney, 1937). An exceptional set-up featuring trimmed cels of Sleepy, Dopey, Doc, Happy, Sneezy, and Bashful -- unusually large images of six of the Seven Dwarfs in an original Courvoisier set-up on a prized wooden veneer background. In the film, Dopey is mostly hidden from view; in this set-up, he is quite visible. The Dwarfs average 4" to 5" tall. The cels are trimmed and mounted on acetate; there is minor lifting and very minor paint loss in Sleepy's body. The balance of the cel is Very Good. A wonderful display of art from Walt Disney Studios' landmark 1937 animated film.
