Description
Sleeping Beauty Prince Phillip Pan Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1959). "It wasn't a dream, Father. I really did meet her!" tells an overjoyed Prince Phillip to his father, King Hubert, in this superb hand-inked, hand-painted pan production cel. This can be viewed at the 45:00 mark in the film. Phillip was the first Disney Prince to be given a proper name (said to be inspired by the husband to England's Queen Elizabeth II) and fully developed character. The cel has a nice large image of Phillip, with an overall size of 5.75" x 6". The untrimmed cel is placed on a matched print background for presentation purposes and matted, with an opening of 15" x 6.25". Framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 31.25" x 13", with a Disney COA and screen grab print attached to the back. The Plexiglas has some scratches; frame is sold as-is.
