Sleeping Beauty Maleficent Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1959). "Off he rides on his noble steed, a valiant figure, straight and tall, to wake his love with love's first kiss, and prove that true love conquers all!" Maleficent mocks a captive Prince Phillip in this picture-perfect hand-inked and hand-painted original production cel from the animated masterpiece Sleeping Beauty. Seen at the 1:03:49 mark of the film, this is a must-have portrait of one of Disney's greatest villains. This cel was originally sold at the Disneyland Art Corner store. The piece is displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes, and it is framed under glass with a mat window size of 11.25" x 9" and an overall frame size 19.75" x 17.5". All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition. The back of the frame bears an official gold Disneyland Art Corner store sticker of authenticity.
