Sleeping Beauty Maleficent Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1959). "She couldn't have vanished into thin air! Are you sure you searched everywhere?" Maleficent grills her henchmen in her desperate search of the whereabouts of Princess Aurora in this expressive hand-inked and hand-painted original production cel. Maleficent, animated by the great Disney Legend Inductee and one of Disney's "Nine Old Men" Marc Davis (1913 - 2000), is a fan-favorite among the iconic and extensive roster of Disney villains, and this is a fantastic pose seen at the 16:05 mark of 1959's Sleeping Beauty. Maleficent is displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes and framed under Plexiglas with a mat window size of 9.5" x 7" and an overall frame size of 20" x 16". The cel shows minor handling wear and is in Very Good condition. The frame is sold as-is.Auction Info
