Sleeping Beauty King Stefan, King Hubert and Diablo Production Cels Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 1959). Here's a trio of amazing production cels from Sleeping Beauty. Featured in this lot are a pair of original production cels showing the two kings that wish to join their kingdoms before the evil fairy Maleficent cats a spell on baby Princess Aurora. The two pieces are from Disneyland's Art Corner Store on Main Street and both contain the official gold foil sticker on the back. The kings measure 6", hand-painted on trimmed acetate of 7.5" x 10". The third production cel features Maleficent's pet crow, Diablo. The image is hand-painted on 16 field acetate and paired with a background copy/print for presentation purposes. The cels exhibit light handling and edge wear. Condition is Very Good with a staple in the top of the two king cels.Auction Info
